Has your certificate been lost or damaged? We will happily replace it.

You will need to go to the Get in Touch page and send us the following details:

  • Your name, as it was recorded by your training provider
  • The date and location of the development activity in which you participated, and the name of the provider
  • The address to which we can mail your new certificate
  • Your email address.

As we are sure you will understand, we need to make a small postage and handling charge for this service. We will send you an invoice by email when we receive your request, and we will post your replacement certificate when funds have been received in our bank account.
